While in law school Tim worked for a private investigator and clerked in Oakland County for the Honorable Martin L. Boyle. Those experiences provided a foundation for the pursuit of his legal career.  After passing the bar exam he joined what was at that time a general practice law firm where he received extensive litigation experience.  In 1987 he left to pursue his dream of having his own firm and opened Timothy C. Runyan, P.C..  Since then he has represented individuals and Corporations in a variety of legal areas.  Whether representing Fortune 500 companies or an individual in need of assistance he has always prided himself in pursuing the highest ethical standards while fighting for his clients rights and interests.

Tina began interning for Timothy C. Runyan, P.C. in 2015.  In November 2016, after passing the Michigan Bar Exam, she accepted a position with the firm as an Associate, and is now a Partner.  Tina’s practice areas are bankruptcy, debtor-creditor rights, criminal and traffic defense, estate planning, and debt collection. She works diligently to zealously represent and litigate on behalf of clients to meet their highest expectations.  Tina attended The University of Toledo College of Law, where she had an internship with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan.  She also was the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, participated in Moot Court, and was a member of various associations.Prior to law school, Tina attended Michigan State University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science and worked for a well-respected lobbying firm.  In her free time, Tina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, gardening, and traveling

 In 2016, Zach graduated with honors from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Following graduation, Zach focused his attention on achieving his life-long goal of becoming a trial attorney. Due to his academic success, Zach was awarded a full-ride scholarship to attend Wayne State University Law School. While there, Zach excelled in several Mock Trial and Trial Advocacy competitions. Additionally, Zach was consistently recognized as a uniquely talented writer, which included receiving the highest scored brief in his Legal Writing course. Zach graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in May 2019. While in law school, Zach clerked for one of the most successful and well-respected Plaintiff’s firms in Michigan. During his time there, Zach advocated for clients in several high-profile cases through drafting successful motions and pleadings. Through this experience, Zach discovered his passion for advocating for injured clients.  Zach also clerked for two of the biggest defense firms in the State. While at each, Zach played a key role in securing favorable outcomes for clients. Learning the intricacies of defense side litigation has equipped Zach with a well rounded understanding of the litigation process. Today, Zach utilizes this understanding to deliver exceptional results to each of his clients.                                                  Following graduation, Zach joined a successful Plaintiffs firm to pursue his passion of advocating for injured clients. Currently, Zach successfully represents clients in a variety of cases, including personal injury matters, civil rights issues, employment litigation, injuries caused by defective products, and other litigation related matters. Zach is the latest addition to the Runyan Law Group, joining  the firm in 2022.
